Deductive & Inductive Reasoning Argument
Inductive Reasoning
Observation: Spinaches helps keep a person nourished; it gives them energy and keeps their skin in good condition. A person who solely consumes Spinach is rather thin, and does not have the same energy level as one who consumes meat.
Conclusion: Spinach as a vegetable source is somewhat essential for the body; it provides essential nutrients for the body, and keeps the body working. However, by solely consuming Spinach, it will not be enough to support the body because it lacks protein, and will not be able to fully supply a person with energy.
Deductive Reasoning
General Premise: Spinaches are vegetables, and all vegetables contain fibers and minerals. Therefore, all spinaches have fibers and minerals.
Predicted Results: If someone consumes plenty of spinaches, they will recieve plenty of fibers and minerals in their body. By doing so, they will stay fed and healthy with one of the several essential energy sources in their body.
Inductive Reasoning is more powerful because there is evidence to back-up the conclusion. By observing, you are witnessing the effects and/or changes in first-person, and you are able to retain knowledge on what you saw, the cause-and-effect of the premise, and draw accurate conclusions from it. On the other hand, deductive reason is often inaccurate and unreliable, because you are using various basic information that you know without observing it first-hand, and piecing it together to form what you think is logical. Therefore, your predicted results will be inaccurate and less effective because you do not have first-hand evidence to back it up, and you will not know whether it is true or not, for deductive reasonings often end up as false.
